banana pancakes

This recipe couldn't be simpler. It's a great way to use bananas at the end of the week when they've ripened too much. The key is to cook them on lower heat and don't flip them too early.

Ingredients

Servings: 1-2
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • nova granola for topping

Preparation

+ mash bananas
+ combine all ingredients
+ cook on frying pan on medium-low heat
+ top with yogurt and nova granola
